Did this Base USDC payment reach the expected recipient?

Call the API

GET /v1/usdc-receipt?tx=0x…&recipient=0x…&amount=20000

amount is positive integer micro-USDC text: 20,000 means 0.02 USDC. Use an x402 client to read the 402 quote, authorize that amount, and retry. Invalid inputs, missing receipts, insufficient confirmations and upstream errors are not charged.

What you receive

Transaction status; matching native-USDC transfers and log positions; recipient and amount verdict; observed confirmations; separate execution and L1 fees; source, timestamp and evidence hash. Maximum 500 receipt logs.

This covers native USDC on Base. It does not establish a person’s identity, an invoice, organic demand, another token’s movement or permanent finality. A recipient mismatch and a failed transaction are useful completed reports and cost the stated price.
